Yesterday our teacher for english anounced that we will be commencing an unit on poetry. (YAY)

Then She informed us that it would be peer assessed. (Boo)

Now, I write interesting slightly alturnate poetry which I am quite convinced that people of my age-group would not apreciate.

for instance : (heres something I wrote in English Yesterday)

Dream
                      Rose (MLK)
Feel the suspense on emotion,
Strength of feeling,
Speed to shift with immense -
looming posibility -
of death,
Awaken to orchestrated imperfections,
the buzzing of a fly,
that is your world.
Your bravery is innocent,
exitement and stupidity,
both blinded by the lights.
Hopes to reach morning unharmed,
drift into lifelessness,
as the world extends -
past reality,
into an epic adventureland,
powered by love, hate and fear.
After this, reality hits hard.

Humanity
                         Rose (MLK)
This realisation,
each singular person,
however important in their own life,
just the smallest part,
of what is everything.
Relaxation with the release,
of this melancholy happiness.
shed so gently and so completely,
possesion, attributes, it may feel important,
but what matters is emotion.
Even all together,
humanity is just a feeble portion of this existance.
All matters equally.
Hope for an existance of more than fear,
for the feeling of joy,
is all that we can have.
We are,
small but unmistakably real.
We feel and that unites us.
